Creating an account

A NablaFlow account is required to use NablaFlow products, it will be used to keep your data safe while using either AeroCloud or ArchiWind.

Creating an account is always free. With a single NablaFlow account you can use any NablaFlow products.

Create an account

To create a NablaFlow Account access the Account page page and click on “Sign up here”.

You will be presented with the “Sign up” page, where you can enter your email address. Accept the privacy policy and the terms of service, then click on “Sign up”.

On the following screen select your authentication method. You can either use:

regular password authentication
authentication using a passkey

Select authentication — Select the authentication method

Click on “Sign up”, an email will be sent to your email address to verify your account.

In case you don’t receive the confirmation email shortly please check the spam folder. If you still can’t find the account activation email send us a message and we will get in touch to help you.

If you received our email click on the confirmation link inside the email to activate your account.

Now login using your credentials.

Choose your products

When you first login with your NablaFlow account you will be asked to select which of the NablaFlow products you want to use.

We ask you this question only to simplify the user experience while using our products. Whatever choice you make can be freely changed later from your account page.

Click on “Continue” to start using AeroCloud or ArchiWind.

Changing the products selection

To change your active products log in to your account, then click on “Account” on the left sidebar and select the “My products” tab.

Use the “Enable” and “Disable” buttons to change your product selection.
