Deleting an account

If you no longer need access to AeroCloud, you can permanently delete your personal user account. Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove your data from our systems.

Deleting your account

To delete your account, log in and access your Account Settings page.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate the account deletion section, then click on “Delete account”.

A confirmation modal will appear. To ensure this action is intentional, you will be required to type your account’s email address into the text field.

Once you have typed your email, click on “Confirm”.

Please be aware that the moment you click “Confirm”, you will completely lose access to your account, and all associated data will be immediately and permanently removed.
